I learned that you need a vanishing point, that all lines should point towards to make iot look like the hallway is 3-D. The first picture on the left is the first sktech I tried drawing a hallway without anyones help, there was no vanishing point and no perspective or proption. In the picture on the right you can see that there is a vanishing point that all the lines went too, the proption and spacing of the objects as it gets farther in to the hallway. Theres no balance in the sketch on the left it looks like it curves. After learnign how to draw in perspective that made drawing much easier.
My final drawing for the artists observe project shows a lot of growth in perspective, you can see the proption fits well with the drawing. It was a two point perspective becasuse i had to vanshing points that my lines went to, and it made it look more on a angle. I shaded the building because in the picture is was redish color and i thought that the contast of colors, white and grey would look good together and help balance the look. The contour lines that were used outlines the building for a more sharp look and the perspective.
The first day of art class we were told to pick anf object and draw it, a couple weeks later we were told to draw that same object. The first sketch had no perspective, no contrast, no contour lines and no shadows. The second sketch looked more relastic and had more perspective and the shading looked like shadows on the paint bottle. I chose a painbottle and the shape of it was what made it difficult to look real but in the second time i drew it i accolmpished to make i t look real. I added a horizorn line to make it look like its sitting on a table.
